Your right

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to request erasure of personal data you have provided to Manipal Hospital. We take this seriously.

How it works

Because this site does not build its own database of enquiries, the information you submit is transmitted to the hospital's care team for the purpose of answering your question. If you wish to have your information deleted, contact us through the form on the contact page with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the phone number you used, and the care team will act on your request within the timeframe the Act prescribes.

What happens next

You will receive confirmation once your data has been erased. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a grievance with the designated Data Protection Board under the rules of the Act.
